How do we do it?
We start this journey by defining outcomes and goals. We then define your ideal client avatar or profile. We determine geographical proximity, company size, key person in that company and your Unique Value Proposition.
Here we work in parallel, our skilled DataMiners build your Avatar based database, preparing information for our wonderful Brand Ambassadors. The second part is getting to know your company culture and people, your lingo and your typical prospect.
Now we start with the outreach, our Brand Ambassadors will cold-call the database, creating awareness and starting the outreach. Here our Brand Ambassadors establish the relationship with prospects always in full brand representation, with the main goal of securing appointments.
We start the nurturing and cultivation of each of the contacted key people. We will do top-of-mind activities and continue to reach out after every touch-point with all prospects with a personal call from your dedicated Brand Ambassadors, again focusing on building a lasting relationship and trust between the prospect and you.
We will setup the appointments and book them in Gmail or Outlook, inviting all parties to the meeting, and confirming the time, date and location of the meeting. The day prior to the meeting we will call again to confirm the meeting and remind all parties involved with a text message the morning of the appointment.
